By purchasing Like I Love You: An Irina Foundation Charity Zine or any products offered through the project, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General

  • Unofficial fan project. All products sold through this shop are unofficial, fan-created works intended for personal use only. This project and its contributors are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or licensed by Rachel Reid, Jacob Tierney, Crave, HBO Max, or any other associated rights holder.

  • Personal-use restriction. By purchasing Like I Love You: An Irina Foundation Charity Zine or any of its editions, you agree not to redistribute, reproduce, reprint, upload, share, or otherwise circulate the zine or its contents for extended distribution or monetary gain.

  • Order cancellation. The Irina Foundation Mod Team reserves the right to cancel orders where these terms and conditions are violated.

Shipping Details

  • Pre-order status. All products listed in the shop are pre-order items and will not be shipped until production of the zine and merchandise has been completed.

  • Estimated fulfillment period. Physical orders are expected to ship approximately 5–6 months after the initial pre-order period. Production and fulfillment timelines are estimates and may be subject to change.

  • Shipping origin. Orders will be shipped from New York, USA.

  • Delivery delays. Delivery times vary depending on destination and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, natural disasters, severe weather, or other circumstances outside the project’s control.

  • Digital orders. Digital orders will be distributed by email from hollanovzine@gmail.com after physical orders have been shipped.

  • Customs and taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, VAT, taxes, or other charges that may apply to their order.

  • Customs delays. The Irina Foundation Mod Team is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

  • Shipping restrictions. Due to current international shipping and fulfillment limitations, orders cannot currently be shipped to Russia, Palestine, Israel, Ukraine, Iran, Syria, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Iraq, Liberia, Somalia, Belarus, Lebanon, Yemen, or Côte d’Ivoire. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Production Details

  • Digital file assistance. If you experience issues downloading or accessing your digital zine files, please contact the Irina Foundation Team and we will do our best to assist you.

  • Production updates. Updates regarding production, packaging, and shipping will be posted through the zine’s official social media accounts.

  • Order inquiries. When contacting the Irina Foundation Team about an order, please include your order number, date of purchase, full name, and email address so we can assist you more efficiently.

Refunds and Replacements

  • Limited replacement availability. Replacement packages cannot be guaranteed because inventory is ordered according to pre-order demand. Depending on the circumstances, the Irina Foundation Team may offer a replacement, partial refund, or another reasonable resolution where possible.

  • Damaged products. If an item arrives damaged, please contact the Irina Foundation Team with photographs of the damage and your order information. The damaged item may need to be returned before a replacement is issued.

  • Refund exclusions. Refunds are not available for orders affected by circumstances outside the project’s control, including:

    • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the buyer.
    • Address changes that were not reported before fulfillment and shipping began.
